Excellent for a short stay in Rome
The house is near the Metro A and the street is well served by buses. It is at a walking distance of San Pietro and Vatican museums. The host (Fabio) is nice and helpful.
Nothing special, maybe just to write something I would say being above the Metro, you feel it every time it passes.

Exceptional
Our host was fantastic! So helpful and friendly, offered us coffee while we waited for our room to be ready for checkin. The room was a great size and was in a great location for attractions and restaurants.

Very comfortable, great staff, solid location
Good location right on a metro line, walkable to attractions and restaurants. Cute rooms, comfy beds, and nice and quiet space. They booked a car service to the airport, and cleaned our room daily. Very pleasant conversations with staff.
We would have liked to partake in the breakfast, but it was offered later in the morning when we had meetings and tours booked. I would recommend to make it available a bit earlier.

Excellant location and great value for money
Location was superb for the Vatican City, just a 5 minute walk, also colosseum was 10 minute subway ride away costing just 3 euro for 2 people. We walked around the other attractions without any issues. Guest house would be tricky to find by yourself but Fabio was amazing and very helpful, also spoke excellant English. Rooms were basic, clean and tidy, the service was spot on. I’d certainly stay there again when I return to Rome .
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice, but not really to much bother to walk down corridor to the kitchen.
